The Texas Rice Belt is known for wintering large numbers and varieties of ducks all fall/winter long. Pintails, bluewing & greenwing teal, gadwall, and wigeon are our bread and butter ducks, as well several other species of Puddle Ducks, and Divers. You never know what will fly into the spread! Our Duck hunts are conducted over a variety of moist soil units, Ducks Unlimited project ponds, flooded rice, and other flooded agriculture fields.
